We are a group of food consumers, farmers, crofters, community groups, retailers and projects from across the Highlands and Islands of Scotland who are working together to make fresh, locally grown food more available in our communities.

Leckmelm Farm
Leckmelm Farm has historically – until the 1960s - provided produce for the Ullapool area. We would like to resume this responsibility. We grow vegetables and fruit, selling direct through our own box scheme. Pork is also available.

Neals Yard Dairy
We opened on July 4th 1979 in Neal's Yard in Covent Garden. At the time, Neal's Yard Dairy was owned by Nicholas Saunders, who had already started a bakery and wholefoods warehouse in the yard and Monmouth Coffee Company on Monmouth Street.

A holiday at Leckmelm can be tailored to suit your needs, couples, families with children, groups, climbing clubs and pets we can accommodate you. The cottages are open all year.

Dave Goulder was born in 1939 of a Derbyshire farming family - a railway footplate man, mountaineer, motorcyclist, classical music enthusiast, Spanish guitar player, Jew's harp virtuoso, songwriter, poet, singer, hedge layer, junk sculptor, naturalist, community arts administrator, drystone walling Master Craftsman/instructor, ceilidh band member, failed mandolin player, and arthritic.

Dry Stone Walling Association
The Dry Stone Walling Association is a charitable organisation committed to the preservation of dry stone walls throughout Great Britain and to the training of people in the craft of dry stone walling (drystone dyking in Scotland) .
